What is Grass Fed Beef?

Grass Fed Beef/Cattle are animals raised entirely on high quality pasture and hay. We add nothing to the animals diet to speed the growing process. Commercial Cattle are fattened and slaughtered in approximately 15 months, as opposed to our Grass Fed Cattle, which take approximaly 24 months. We use rotational grazing practices to grow higher quality pastures to ensure high quality Beef.
